I have one thing to admit today. I'm a snack lover.I can eat snack all day around without main meals. Recently, I have absorb healthy snack trend to replace package chip, candies, chocolates that would not benefit for the body. I can't eat raw almond, a banana or an apple as a snack. They are, for me, not attractive. So I add a little touch up to make them less boring and more delicious. I hope that you are not reading this post during the meal time. Go healthy!
