3 DELICIOUS, HEALTHY AND SIMPLE SNACKS

I'm into food, especially snacks. I try my best to reduce breads, cookies and candies by reaching more toward healthy options. I love tasty and savory snacks but also don't want to spend time for preparation. These three recipes I'm about to share with you today are totally up into my alley. They are both delicious, healthy and simple to make. Plus, they are all vegan too.
I grew up eating banana and roasted peanut as a staple dessert in my family. Moving to LA, I knew an amazing thing named peanut butter. So, of course, I need to combine good things of both worlds. I simply cut banana into a bite size, spread desired amount of peanut butter and then garnish chopped roasted peanut. You have smooth and rich flavor of peanut butter, sweet fruity taste of banana and crunchy nutty of roasted peanut in just one bite. I twist ingredients a little bit sometimes with apples and almond. They also taste delicious.
Seasoned avocado
Remember, I wrote about my favorite rice seasoning quite a few months back (link:here). Here is one of many ways I use it to season food. If you are a fan of sushi, you definitely love this seasoned avocado. It smells and tastes so much like sushi without fish, of course. Definitely you need to give it a go and thank me later. You can purchase this seasoning in most of Japanese supermarkets.
Miso soup
I get a pack of instant miso soup at Asian supermarket for less than $3 for 8 servings. I do follow the cooking instructions by basically pouring boiling water into miso paste and dried seaweeds. But I add my own fresh green onion and cut soft tofu to the soup. It tastes so satisfying and fulfilling. I dont think there is any way to make miso soup that quick and delicious.

  10. Wow, all totally delicious, I am sure! I confess that I am not such a fan of bananas, but pecan I love - I am a fussy eater (unfortunately), so sweets made from bananas I love, but the fruit, pure, I don't. Nevertheless, I know I should like, it's so healthy! I looooooove avocado, though! Love love love! And the soup seems to be delicious as well, with green onion! I would love to be invited for this snack!

  145. I love miso soup, I haven't had it for a long time though. My boarding school used to give it to use for dinner occasionally which I'd always enjoy. Especially during the winter.
